国际学院关于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的通告(三)
亲爱的国际学生：
根据国家有关法律法规规定和我区新冠肺炎疫情防控形势，经自治区新冠肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组研究决定，自2月24日20时起，将广西新冠肺炎疫情防控应急响应级别由自治区重大突发公共卫生事件一级调整为三级。
学院根据国家、广西壮族自治区政府及广西科技大学疫情防控工作领导小组对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作部署，现正式通知如下：
一、疫情警报还没有解除，疫情决战决胜阶段还没有到来，不能放松警惕，原则上疫情得到有效控制前大学生不返校、高校不开学。
二、已离校回国或外出旅游、访友的所有学生，务必留在原地或家里，未收到学校具体返校日期通知前不能提前返校(具体的返校的时间学校会另行通知，请耐心等待)。如果不按学校的规定执意要回校的，已违反了校纪校规和国家相关的传染病防疫法规，除必须提前两天告知自己的班主任和老师回程的火车、航班信息，到校后听从学校相关部门的安排，立即实行14天隔离外，还将受到学校的处分，甚至会受到国家法律的制裁。
三、学校公布开学日期后请将返校日期、火车、航班信息等及时报给班主任，以便学校及时了解国际学生返校动态。
四、如有进一步的信息，我们会另行通知。

Notice on epidemic prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia( the third edition)
Dear international students,
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the situation of the prevention and control of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in our district, the leading group for the prevention and control of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in the autonomous region has decided to adjust the emergency response level from the first level of public health emergency to the third level since 20:00 on February 24.
According to the deployment of Chinese government, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Government and the Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Guangxi University of Science and Technology on the prevention and control of pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus, we hereby officially make notification upon relevant matters as follows:
1.The epidemic alert has not been lifted, the decisive battle of the epidemic has not yet arrived, so we cannot relax our vigilance. Principally, college students will not return to school and universities will not start the new semester before the epidemic is effectively controlled.
2. For those who have left school to go home, to travel, or to visit friends, be sure to stay where you are or stay at home, do not return to school. The school will inform you of the specific time of returning to school, so please be patient. If you insist on returning to school earlier, you will be breaking the school rules and the state laws and regulations on epidemic prevention. In case that happens, you must inform your head teacher and lecturers of your returning train and flight information two days in advance, and upon arrival, you will be subject to 14-day quarantine along with the punishment by the school and even by the law of our country.
3. After the school announces the back-to-school date, please report your returning date and your train and flight information to your head teacher, so that the school can keep abreast of the return situation of international students.
4. We will keep you informed of any updates.
