一、基本情况

黄磊，工程师，2017年于中国科学院大学获得理学博士学位。拥有管理科学与工程、技术评估“双博士后”研究经历。长期从事科技管理、科技政策以及科技战略等相关研究经历，多次承担或参与国家级和国际科研项目，国际科研合作交流经验丰富。

二、研究领域与成果

主要研究方向为数字经济、大数据治理、人工智能治理、技术评估、开放创新和开放科学等。掌握的研究方法和研究工具较为全面，对计算社会科学的相关研究方法进行集成创新，有使用高性能计算资源（HPC）进行社会科学研究的丰富经验。将复杂网络分析、机器学习、知识图谱等分析工具应用于大数据治理、平台反垄断以及人工智能治理等相关领域。相关成果维度全面，包括国内外权威期刊公开发表物以及智库研究成果等。在Technology in Society和《中国软科学》等国内外SCI、SSCI和CSSCI核心刊物上发表了十余篇高水平学术论文，担任IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、中国科技论坛等国内外高水平刊物审稿人。同时，在上述研究方向上所形成十余份研究成果，并以报告的形式递交至国务院、科技部以及欧洲议会等相关部门。
